Verse 3:59 As Explained By Muhammad
Jesus, Son of Mary and John

In the Name of Allah (God) The Benecifient, The Merciful
"Truly, the likeness of Jesus, in God's sight,is as Adam's likeness;
He created him of dust,
then said He unto him, 'Be', and he was."
Qur'an 3:59 Translation by Arthur J. Arberry

T H E  H O L Y  Q U R ' A N ...3:59

As interpreted by The Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Unto Him) under Divine inspiration, in his debate with the Christian deputation of Najran.

I invite you to examine, word for word, each of the words in this VERSE. Take your time. Read, as if you are seeing them for the first time.

They convey two STATEMENTS in one stroke.

The first aspect implies that 'there is no God but Allah and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.'

The second dimension declares that "John the Baptist was the biological father of Jesus the Messiah."

At surface look you are not seeing what I say there is within but before long. At surface look, you are not seeing what I say there is within, but before long, you will realise this, through the eyes of Prophet Muhammad. Blessed be his memory.

Let the words of themselves speak to you, each by its own voice as we rip them to their nuclei. Only then will they talk to you as they spoke to the Holy Prophet when he was confronted by the Najran Deputation and faced squarely with the question "consider Jesus' superiority. If he is not the Son of God, then who was his father ?"

Silence your thoughts. Let your conscience supersede your eyes, ears and heart. The WORDS are live and direct from the KALAM of ALLAH. The PEN that teaches man "what he knows not" (96:4-5). Such WORDS have life and language of their own.

All Praise belongs to Allah. Lord of all the WORLDS.
