MUHAMMAD's DEDUCTION

JESUS

.
1. He was a creature - a created being. The Creator is other than him.
2. He was a mortal - created from matter. He was not Divine.
3. He had to be sustained; having had to eat, drink and answer the calls of nature.
4. He was created of pre-existing matter (turab) in a pre-existing model (Adam).
[Not originated as in Badi and Fatir, but Khalaqa hu min turaab]
5. The creation of Jesus was not an original.

COMMENTARY ON SENTENCE 'B'

REASONING

Look at the sentence again. Read it however you like. The language is so plain that you can tell it to one hundred children and they will all relate one and the same meaning.

-God created Jesus of dust (turaab).
-That is it.
-That is all there is to it.

THREE QUESTIONS:

Do the words say or imply that God created Jesus in the same manner He created Adam?

Did God just say, "BE!" and the Breath of His utterance entered the womb of Mary, resulting in her conception? Is this what the sentence you are looking at says?

Did God use His Power to outwit His Law of creation? Do you see anything like that in reading the sentence?

DEDUCTIONS

What the sentence means is that:

1. God is the Creator, whereas, Jesus is the created.
2. As a creature of dust, Jesus was a mere mortal, like any other human being.
3. Created of turab, his creation was with matter that pre-existed.
4. Created in the likeness of someone, his creation was in the mould of a pre-existing model.
