Echoes Of Misgiving

A Justification:
I dare not close this phase nor proceed, not addressing a misgiving. I cannot still, shun nor stifle the echo. Though silent, the nagging is disturbing. Four words are the cause and they hold the Old Testament, the New Testament and the Holy Quran questionable. David, Joseph, espoused and offspring. Better to let them all out, one by one, for eyes to read on print the echoing within.

"The Lord hath sworn in truth unto David; he will not turn from it; Of the fruit of thy body will I set upon thy throne."

"Hath not the scripture said, That Christ cometh of the seed of David, and out of the town of Bethlehem, where David was."

Jesus claimed Messiah-ship. How could he be traced to David's descent?

Christians realize this but not Muslims. Joseph was improvised.
Where is it stated in the Bible or the Qur'an that Joseph was the biological father of Jesus?

"These words offer some difficulty. If Mary's mother intended her child to be dedicated to the service of God, she must have known that the child would remain unmarried for life. What is, then, the sense in offering prayer for the child's offspring?"

"It is noteworthy that Mary's mother while praying for Mary prays also for her offspring, which shows that when she dedicated her daughter to the Temple she had never an idea that she would remain a virgin all her life. On the other hand, she entertained the hope that Mary would become a wife and a mother."

Enactment of God's Overall Plan
|
Hannah's vow presumed a son from God. Mary was not the answer. She was the means to it. Trust was now reposed in the offspring of Mary. Hannah pledged Mary to God's guardian-ship. He accepted her and made Zachariah her caretaker. The precautionary measures imposed were to ensure that Mary beget not just a son but a righteous son. Not that Mary should remain unmarried life-long. She should be safeguarded against marriage to ' a reject of God.' Hannah was conscious that only a holy boy would be qualified for acceptance into the service of God thus fulfilling her vow. And true enough, ' Jesus was the answer!'

Hannah handed over Mary to God not to the Temple.
God placed Mary under the care of Zachariah who was Israel's High Priest over the Temple, a Jew who was for sure a direct descendant of David. God of Himself was Mary's legal guardian not Zachariah nor the Temple! His action is thus justified.
God's name is I AM. (Exodus 3: 14) Maryiam means 'to be married by God'. Mary in English is 'to marry'.
Mary was kept in waiting pending marriage to he who was a chosen of God. By marriage, Mary was sure her son would be righteous and her chastity preserved.

If a miracle was performed, was it on Mary or on Elizabeth (Zachariah's wife).?
If on Elizabeth, what was John's purpose?

| Is John the father of Jesus? The question should be 'who else'? The needle of the compass is pointing straight at him! We will apply the satellite tracking system then relate his DNA with the embryo that was within Mary which she developed and its evolvement resulted in Jesus. A woman by herself cannot produce a male, she has only an X chromosome, which codes for a female. A male intervention is needed for a Y chromosome to be introduced, which codes for a male and Jesus was a Man. The Bible prophecy was for The Seed Of David |
