- 3:38, he prayed for MIN LADUN -KA DHURREYAH T.AYYIBAH (from Thee a progeny that is pure.
- 19:5, he prayed for MIN LADUN -KA WALEY(AN) (give me an heir as from Thyself). (Note: the word waley means to be near, or close to, like a friend is close)
- 21:89, he prayed LAA TADHAR -NE FARD(AN) (leave me not without offspring).The word farad means alone, by itself, solitary.

Note that Zakariya paryed for some that will "inherit" (and continue) Jacob. Since Allah said in 19:4 that Zakariya said that he has never been unblessed in his Dua' (prayers) therefore any progeny must allow the continuation of this process and cannot be removed from this worls without continuing this process (until Allah Please). |
