Transliteration 76. WA- MAA Z.ALAMNAA -HUM WA- LAAKIN KAANO HUM AZ.- Z.AALIMEN
Yusuf Ali 76. Nowise shall We be unjust to them: but it is they who have been unjust themselves.
Pickthall 76. We wronged them not, but they it was who did the wrong.
Shakir 76 . And We are not unjust to them, but they themselves were unjust.

Transliteration 77. WA- NAADAW YAA MAALIK LI- YAQD.I cALAY -NAA RABB -KA QAALA 'INNA -KUM MAAKITHON
Yusuf Ali 77. They will cry: "O Malik! would that thy Lord put and end to us!" He will say "Nay but ye shall abide!"
Pickthall 77. And they cry: O master! Let thy Lord make an end of us. He saith: Lo! here ye must remain.
Shakir 77 . And they shall call out: O Malik! let your Lord make an end of us. He shall say: Surely you shall tarry.

Transliteration 78. LA- QAD JI'NAA -KUM BI- AL- H.AQQ WA- LAAKIN AKTHAR -KUM LI- AL- H.AQQ KAARIHON
Yusuf Ali 78. Verily We have brought the truth to you: but most of you have a hatred for Truth.
Pickthall 78. We verily brought the Truth unto you, but ye were, most of you, averse to the Truth.
Shakir 78 . Certainly We have brought you the truth, but most of you are averse to the truth.

Transliteration 79. 'AM ABRAMO 'AMR(AN) FA- 'IN(NA) -NAA MUBRIMON
Yusuf Ali 79. What! have they settled some Plan (among themselves)? But it is We Who settle things.
Pickthall 79. Or do they determine any thing (against the Prophet)? Lo! We (also) are determining.
Shakir 79 . Or have they settled an affair? Then surely We are the settlers.

Transliteration 80. 'AM YAH.SABON 'AN(NA) -NAA LAA NASMAc SIRR -HUM WA- NAJWAA -HUM BALAA WA- RUSUL -NAA LADAY -HIM YAKTUBON
Yusuf Ali 80. Or do they think that We hear not their secrets and their private counsels? Indeed (We do) and Our Messengers are by them to record.
Pickthall 80. Or deem they that We cannot hear their secret thoughts and private confidences? Nay, but Our envoys, present with them, do record.
Shakir 80 . Or do they think that We do not hear what they conceal and their secret discourses? Aye! and Our messengers with them write down.

Transliteration 81. QUL 'IN KAANA LI- AR- RAH.MAAN WALAD FA- 'ANAA 'AWWAL AL- cAABIDEN
Yusuf Ali 81. Say: "If (Allah) Most Gracious had a son I would be the first to worship."
Pickthall 81. Say (O Muhammad): The Beneficent One hath no son. I am first among the worshippers.
Shakir 81 . Say: If the Beneficent God has a son, I am the foremost of those who serve.

Transliteration 82. SUBH.AANA RABB AS- SAMAAWAAT WA- AL- 'ARD. RABB AL- cARSH cAN MAA YAS.IFON
Yusuf Ali 82. Glory to the Lord of the heavens and the earth the Lord of the Throne (of Authority)! (He is free) from the things they attribute (to Him)!
Pickthall 82. Glorified be the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of the Throne, from that which they ascribe (unto Him)!
Shakir 82 . Glory to the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of power, from what they describe.

Transliteration 83. FA- DHAR -HUM YAKHOD.O WA- YALcABO H.ATTAA YULAAQO YAWM -HUM 'ALLADHE YOcADON
Yusuf Ali 83. So leave them to babble and play (with vanities) until they meet that Day of theirs which they have been promised.
Pickthall 83. So let them flounder (in their talk) and play until they meet the Day which they are promised.
Shakir 83 . So leave them plunging into false discourses and sporting until they meet their day which they are threatened with.

Transliteration 84. WA- HUWA 'ALLADHE FE AS- SAMAA' 'ILAAH WA- FE AL- 'ARD. 'ILAAH WA- HUWA AL- H.AKEM AL- cALEM
Yusuf Ali 84. It is He Who is Allah in heaven and Allah on earth; and He is full of Wisdom and Knowledge.
Pickthall 84. And He it is Who in the heaven is God, and in the earth God. He is the Wise, the knower.
Shakir 84 . And He it is Who is God in the heavens and God in the earth; and He is the Wise, the Knowing.

Transliteration 85. WA- TABAARAKA 'ALLADHE LA- -HU MULK AS- SAMAAWAAT WA- AL- 'ARD. WA- MAA BAYNA -HUMAA WA- cINDA -HU cILM AS- SAAcAH WA- 'ILAY -HI TURJAcON
Yusuf Ali 85. And blessed is He to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and all between them: with Him is the knowledge of the Hour (of Judgment): And to Him shall ye be brought back.
Pickthall 85. And blessed be He unto Whom belongeth the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, and with Whom is knowledge of the Hour, and unto Whom ye will be returned.
Shakir 85 . And blessed is He Whose is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and what is between them, and with Him is the knowledge of the hour, and to Him shall you be brought back.

Transliteration 86. WA- LAA YAMLIK 'ALLADHENA YADcON MIN DONI -HI ASH- SHAFAAcAH 'ILLAA MAN SHAHIDA BI- AL- H.AQQ WA- HUM YAcLAMON
Yusuf Ali 86. And those whom they invoke besides Allah have no power of intercession; only he who bears witness to the Truth and they know (him).
Pickthall 86. And those unto whom they cry instead of Him possess no power of intercession, saving him who beareth witness unto the Truth knowingly.
Shakir 86 . And those whom they call upon besides Him have no authority for intercession, but he who bears witness of the truth and they know (him).

Transliteration 87. WA- LA- 'IN SA'ALTA -HUM MAN KHALAQA -HUM LA- YAQOLUNNA 'ALLAAH FA- 'ANNAA YU'FAKON
Yusuf Ali 87. If thou ask them Who Created them they will certainly say Allah: how then are they deluded away (from the Truth)?
Pickthall 87. And if thou ask them who created them, they will surely say: Allah. How then are they turned away?
Shakir 87 . And if you should ask them who created them, they would certainly say: Allah. Whence are they then turned back?

Transliteration 88. WA- QEL -HI YAA RABB -I 'INNA HAA'ULAA'I QAWM LAA YU'MINON
Yusuf Ali 88. (Allah has knowledge) of the (Prophet's) cry "O my Lord! truly these are a people who will not believe!"
Pickthall 88. And he saith: O my Lord! Lo! those are a folk who believe not.
Shakir 88 . Consider his cry: O my Lord! surely they are a people who do not believe.

Transliteration 89. FA- IS.FAH. cAN -HUM WA- QUL SALAAM FA- SAWFA YAcLAMON
Yusuf Ali 89. But turn away from them and say "Peace!" but soon shall they know!
Pickthall 89. Then bear with them (O Muhammad) and say: Peace. But they will come to know.
Shakir 89 . So turn away from them and say, Peace, for they shall soon come to know.
